A Message from the Mayor

“With 3 people moving into Chattanooga for every 1 person moving out, it’s more important than ever for us to grow in a way that is environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable. Modernizing our zoning code for the 21st century will allow us to support smart growth development in every part of our city and preserve the quality of life that makes Chattanooga such a wonderful place to live. “

— Mayor Tim Kelly

We invite you to review the previously released Zoning Code Analysis that presents our assessment of the current Zoning Code.
